Who I am

Jessie Cabello operates jessiecabello.com and provides identity and business mentoring, courses, memberships, community spaces, and free resources (together, the "Services"). I operate under David Gendreau Estate, a sole proprietor based in Quebec, Canada.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information I collect, why, how I use and share it, and the choices you have. I handle your information in line with Quebec's Law 25 and Canada's PIPEDA. What I collect

Information you give me directly:

Your name and email when you fill in a form, subscribe, book a call, or join a program or community.
Anything you write to me through the contact form, in community spaces, or during programs.
Booking details when you schedule a call (name, email, time zone, and any notes you add).
Your answers and results when you take the Irreplaceable Genius Audit or similar assessments.
Payment details — processed by my payment provider and/or course platform. I receive confirmation and limited billing information, but I do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically when you visit: your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar technical data, through cookies and similar technologies. See the Cookie Policy for details and your choices.

Why I use it

To deliver the Services — programs, courses, memberships, bookings, community access — and reply to your messages.
To process payments and keep records required for tax and accounting.
To send you service messages and, with your consent, marketing emails you can unsubscribe from anytime.
To personalize your experience, such as showing your assessment results.
To operate, secure, and improve the site, and to meet legal obligations.

Your consent

I collect and use your information with your consent — express (for example, ticking a box to receive emails) or implied by your use of the Services for an obvious purpose. You can withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual limits, by contacting me.

How I share it

I never sell your personal information. I share it only with trusted providers who help me run the Services, and only as needed:

Kajabi — website, membership, course hosting, email, and checkout.
Calendly — scheduling and bookings.
Stripe or PayPal — secure payment processing.
Google Analytics and Meta — site measurement and marketing.

I may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer, subject to this Policy. Some of these providers are based outside Quebec and Canada, including in the United States; before disclosing information outside Quebec, I assess the protection it will receive, as required by Law 25.

How long I keep it

I keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations (typically up to seven years for financial records), and until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete marketing data. After that, I delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, and unsubscribe at any time. To make a request, contact me through the form on jessiecabello.com or at [email protected]; I'll verify and respond within the timeframe required by law. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI).

Security

I take reasonable measures to protect your information and rely on providers that maintain their own safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so I can't guarantee absolute security. If a confidentiality incident occurs that poses a risk of serious injury, I'll take steps to reduce the risk and notify affected individuals and the authorities where Law 25 requires.

Other sites

The site may link to or embed third-party content (for example, YouTube, Spotify, or social media). Those third parties have their own privacy practices, which I don't control.

I may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version, and I'll post material changes here.
