Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains how jessiecabello.com uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can control them. It should be read together with the Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work, remember your preferences, and provide information about how the site is used. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, and local storage.
Types of cookies I use
Strictly necessary — required for the site to function, such as keeping you logged in, securing forms, and processing checkout (for example, set by Kajabi). These cannot be switched off in my systems.
Functional — remember choices and enable features, such as booking through Calendly or completing the Irreplaceable Genius Audit.
Analytics — help me understand how visitors use the site so I can improve it [for example, Google Analytics]. These are set only with your consent where required.
Marketing — used to measure and deliver relevant content or ads [for example, Meta Pixel]. These are set only with your consent where required.
Third-party and embedded content
Some pages embed third-party content — such as YouTube or Spotify players or social media feeds — which may set their own cookies when you interact with them. These are controlled by the third parties under their own policies.
Your choices and consent
Where required by law (including Quebec Law 25 and the EU/UK GDPR), non-essential cookies are set only after you consent through the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time using the banner or your browser settings.
- Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings.
- Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
- You can opt out of some analytics and advertising cookies through the provider's own tools.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common industry standard for these signals, the site may not respond to them; you can still manage cookies as described above.
Changes to this Cookie Policy
I may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
