One thread, three careers.
I've been the new girl more times than I can count. Born in Montreal, raised in San Diego, daughter of a Mexican diplomat and a Canadian mother, I spent the first twenty years of my life moving countries the way other kids change grades. Every new school taught me the same skill without my noticing: how to find out who you are when everything familiar falls away. That skill became my career, three times over.
A decade in luxury hospitality, where I reached Executive Concierge at hotels like The Ritz-Carlton and Fairmont Le Château Frontenac and learned to read what a person needed before they said it. Then a full pivot into international development and immigration, up to Senior Paralegal on the legal team at EY. Then an MBA in digital marketing and years building partnerships for global brands, from iStock and Getty Images to Bass Pro Shops and Arc'teryx. On paper it looked scattered. It was really one thread: the search for the work that was unmistakably mine.
THE TURN
Things became clear once I became a mother.
In 2017 I was let go while pregnant with my first child, and the professional identity I'd spent years building went out the door overnight. My second arrived in 2020, and somewhere in that most demanding season I stopped performing careers and started building from what was actually mine. I trained as a coach, launched my business in 2022, and moved my family to Mexico. For three years I served clients in French, my mother tongue. In 2025 I opened the doors to founders around the world.

THE HUMAN BEHIND THE WORK
I do this from inside a full life.
My days belong first to my two young kids and the home my husband and I are making in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Before coaching, I spent fifteen years as an event producer and DJ, so I still believe a room has an energy you can feel and shift. I light the sage, I write every morning from my casita, and I coach in English, Spanish, and French.
I'm an Identity Alchemist and a 2/4 Emotional Generator, living the exact thing I teach: a business built to fit the life and season I'm actually in.
